Waterfalls in Portugal

There is several waterfalls in Portugal, and some of them is more spectacular than others. This one in Aveiro / Viseu district is may be not the biggest, but it is beautiful. 

Like in portrait photography, the light is important even outdoor. Planning the perfect time can need some experience. I arrive in the afternoon when the sun still was high. I realise that I had to wait for the good light to get the picture I wanted.

There was no need for pictures of the waterfall when the sun was high. I just had to wait.

After the sun disappear – but before it is getting to dark – was the perfect moment for the kind of picture I wanted. Something magic.
